Data Deletion
How to request deletion of your personal data (Primestreak and Primeportal)Scope. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data in connection with Primestreak (primestreak.no) and Primeportal. It applies to website inquiries, Primeportal user accounts, and related data we hold.
What you can request. You may request deletion of:
- Your Primeportal account
- Personal account information (e.g. name, email, profile details)
- Data associated with connected integrations (e.g. Instagram/Meta), where we store or process it
- Uploaded or project-related data where it is personal to you and deletion is appropriate
How to request deletion.
- Send an email to post@primestreak.no
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include information we need to identify you and your data, such as: the email address linked to your account and, if relevant, your company or project name.
Verification. We may need to verify that the request comes from you (for example by confirming the request from the same email as the account) before we delete data. This is to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.
What happens after a request. We will review your request and, where it applies, delete or anonymize the relevant data within a reasonable time. In some cases we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate record-keeping purposes. We will only retain what is necessary for those purposes.
Third-party platforms. If you have connected third-party services (such as Instagram or other Meta services), you may also need to manage or revoke permissions and data in those platforms’ own settings or privacy tools. We only control data that we store and process ourselves.
